How We Can Help You!

  • At CCCS we know that often - because of marital problems, job loss, major illness or other problems - many people have more bills than they can pay. If the pressure of unpaid bills is jeopardizing your job, marriage or peace of mind, call CCCS. We know how to help people solve their bill-paying problems, avoid bankruptcy and restore their self-esteem.

  • We work with you to develop a lean but livable budget, often suggesting ways that you can start saving money. Sometimes that's all our clients need to get their finances in order.

  • If your debts are so overwhelming that you need continuing help, we may suggest our Debt Management Plan. Many creditors accept reduced monthly payments to match your new budget. Some creditors reduce the interest while you are on the plan.

  • CCCS serves anyone who needs advice on how to handle money and get out of debt. There are no limits on income level in order to qualify for our services. We are IRS - designated as a charitable institution. (501-C-3)

  • You give us the monthly amount agreed upon to pay your monthly bills. It is placed in a trust account and checks are mailed to your creditors once a month. We ask clients for a small contribution each month for this service, but this amount will be waived in hardship cases.

  • Our payment plans are almost always accepted because all major credit grantors support CCCS.

  • CCCS works with the IRS and State Tax Department to set up, wherever possible, payment plans for back taxes.

  • Creditors and employers in the private sector support the agency, underwriting the major cost of operation. Client contributions pay the remaining amount.

  • Employers are spared the problem of dealing with garnishments - or the problem of workers whose personal problems interfere with their productivity.

  • In almost all cases, a successfully completed Debt Management Plan will improve your credit record. Many major creditors have agreed to accept applications from successfully paid - up clients, subject to their usual credit standards.
